Enrich your newsletters with fresh news from other websites using RSS feeds in Heyloyalty. This integration lets you automatically insert relevant content into your campaigns.
In this guide, you will learn how to set up, insert, design and edit your RSS feed.
Note: Images will be added to this guide later.
Set up RSS feed integration
You add an RSS feed under Settings → Integrations → RSS feed.
Click Create new RSS feed and fill in the following settings:
- RSS feed name: Give the feed an internal name.
- RSS feed URL: Insert the link to the feed.
When you are done, click Create RSS feed.
Insert RSS feed in a campaign or flow
Once you have created the feed, you are ready to add it to your campaigns or flows. Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Insert the RSS feed block and choose settings
In step 2 for campaigns and flows, drag the RSS feed block into your newsletter.
Once the feed is inserted, you can see the settings for your RSS feed on the left. Here you can choose the following:
- RSS feed: Select the desired feed in the dropdown menu.
- Number of articles: Set the maximum number of articles to display in the newsletter.
- Modifications: Click Design to customize the visual look of your RSS feed so it matches the rest of the content in your campaign.
Step 2: Add or edit RSS feed
To edit the settings for your RSS feed, hover over the feed and select Add-on settings.

To edit your RSS feed, go to Settings → Integrations → RSS feed. Click ⁝ and select Edit RSS feed.
This is also where you can delete your feed if you no longer need it.
